컬러링이냥 개인정보처리방침
adain(이하 "개발자")은 모바일 게임 "컬러링이냥"(Coloring Inyang, 이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 앱은 회원 가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 개발자가 직접 운영하는 서버로 개인정보를 보내지 않습니다.
1. 앱이 기기 안에만 저장하는 정보
게임 진행(클리어한 스테이지, 이어 하기 상태), 설정(언어, 음량, 진동), 광고 제거 구매 여부는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
2. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 Google LLC의 광고 서비스 AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)을 사용해 전면 광고와 보상형 광고를 보여 줍니다. 광고를 불러오고 보여 주는 과정에서 Google과 그 광고 파트너가 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

동의와 선택: 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 등 법이 요구하는 지역에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의 창(Google UMP)이 나타나며, 설정 화면의 "개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 허용 여부를 묻는 창이 뜨며, 거부해도 광고는 맞춤이 아닌 형태로 계속 나옵니다. 기기 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 끄거나 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다(Android: 설정 → Google → 광고, iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 / Apple 광고).
3. 인앱 결제
"광고 제거"는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 결제됩니다. 결제 정보(카드 번호 등)는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며 개발자는 받지 않습니다. 개발자는 구매 여부를 확인하기 위한 영수증 정보만 스토어로부터 전달받아 기기 안에 저장합니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 보호자 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제 조치를 하겠습니다.
5. 보유 기간
개발자는 개인정보를 보유하지 않습니다. 기기 안의 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하거나 설정에서 "진행 초기화"를 누르면 삭제됩니다. 광고 파트너의 보유 기간은 해당 사업자의 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 광고 동의 철회, 맞춤 광고 거부, 기기 데이터 삭제를 위에 안내한 방법으로 직접 할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 답하겠습니다.
7. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Coloring Inyang Privacy Policy
adain ("we") provides the mobile game Coloring Inyang ("the app"). The app needs no account or sign-in, and we do not run servers that receive personal data from it.
1. Data the app keeps only on your device
Game progress (cleared stages, the stage you are in), settings (language, volume, vibration) and whether you bought "Remove ads" are stored on your device only and are deleted with the app.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) by Google LLC. To load and show ads, Google and its advertising partners may process:

Consent and choices: Where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland and others), a consent dialog (Google UMP) appears on first launch, and you can change your choice any time under "Privacy options" in the settings. On iOS the app asks for tracking permission; if you decline, ads still show but are not personalized. You can also opt out of personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
3. In-app purchase
"Remove ads" is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google and never reach us. The app only keeps the store's receipt information on the device to know that the purchase was made.
4. Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the age set by local law). If you believe a child has provided personal data without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Retention
We retain no personal data. Game data on your device is removed when you delete the app or tap "Reset progress" in the settings. Retention by advertising partners follows their own policies.
6. Your rights
You can withdraw ad consent, opt out of personalized ads and delete device data as described above. For anything else, contact us and we will respond without undue delay.
7. Changes
Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
